Scam Alert: Paid for Next-Day Delivery, Got Lies & Terrible Service! 😠
My recent online shopping experience was absolutely terrible, and I'm sharing it as a cautionary tale for anyone considering this website. I felt compelled to leave a review and speak with customer service because this place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers, feeling like a complete fraud. They're ripping customers off for services they charge for and do NOT provide. I ordered twice before without issue, but this time, I paid for "next day delivery" for $19.95, only to receive an email hours later stating my order would take 3 business days. My attempts to reach a human through their automated lines, chat bot, and emails were useless – crickets. When I finally found a way to speak to someone, they just ended the call, which made me feel like I was being scammed.
Customer: I paid extra for next-day delivery, almost $20, and now my order says it will take three business days. This isn't what I paid for! CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I sincerely apologize for the discrepancy regarding your delivery time. Let me look into this for you. Can I have your order number, please? Customer: It's #123456. And frankly, your customer service is impossible to reach. I tried the phone, the chat bot, emails… it's all automated, and no one helps! CS Rep: I hear your concerns about our support channels, and I'm very sorry for the difficulty you've experienced in reaching us. I see your order #123456. It appears there was an unexpected delay in processing that made next-day delivery impossible. We will, of course, refund your $19.95 next-day delivery fee immediately. Customer: So I'm just out of luck for the delivery speed, even though I paid for it? And what about the waste of my time trying to even get this sorted? This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and honestly, feels like a scam. CS Rep: I truly regret the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. The refund for the delivery fee should process within 3-5 business days. While I can't magically speed up this specific delivery, I've also added a 15% discount code to your account for a future purchase as a further apology for the service issues.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap of non-existent customer service and unfulfilled promises.
