Let me share my terrible online shopping experience as a cautionary tale for anyone considering this website. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid for "next day delivery" expecting just that, only to receive an email hours later stating my order would take three business days. The frustration with their automated customer service—bots, chats, and an endless phone system—was unbearable. I felt compelled to leave this review and try to engage with customer service because their "horrible business" and "horrible customer service" needed to be exposed.
Customer: I paid $19.95 for next day delivery on my order, but then I received an email saying it would take three business days. This isn't next day delivery. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir. I apologize for the confusion regarding the delivery timeframe. Let me pull up your order details to see what happened. Customer: Confusion? I paid for a service that wasn't provided. I've tried contacting you through chat and email, and it's all just automated responses. I want my $19.95 refund. CS Rep: I see your order for the Plano lenses. While our site indicates eligibility for next-day delivery, there can sometimes be a processing period before shipment, which can affect the final delivery date. I can certainly submit a request to our billing department for a review of your delivery fee. Customer: A processing period for plano lenses? There's nothing to produce! I want my refund now, not a "request to the billing department." You are not providing the service I paid for. CS Rep: I hear your concern, and I understand you’re looking for an immediate resolution. I am unable to process refunds directly from this line, but I assure you that once the request is submitted, the billing department will review it promptly and communicate their decision.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
