Absolute Nightmare: Package Lost, Money Gone, and ZERO Customer Support 😡
I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering this website. My experience has been an absolute nightmare, and I feel completely robbed. To put it simply, this company is absolutely terrible to work with. An order of mine says it was “delivered,”but no package was ever delivered to my house. I have attempted to reach a customer service representative on more than 3 attempts via email and the chat feature, and all I receive are emails saying “this email is not actively monitored”… And there is no option to talk to a human through their phone number. I am out a substantial amount of money, and the company doesn’t even care that my prescription product is lost. It is this complete lack of support that forced me to keep trying, hoping to finally have a real conversation with someone who could help.
Customer: Finally, a person! I've been trying to get through for weeks. My order says it was delivered, but it never arrived. I've sent emails, used the chat… nothing. I'm out a substantial amount of money and nobody seems to care. CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about this frustrating experience and the trouble you've had reaching us. That is absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide. Can I please have your order number so I can look into this immediately? Customer: It's 12345XYZ. I've already provided it in multiple emails that went unanswered. It says delivered, but I have checked everywhere. It's just gone, and your company has been silent. CS Rep: I see the order, and I want to sincerely apologize for the lack of response you've received. That is unacceptable. Since the package is lost, I can immediately process a full refund or place a new, expedited order for you at no cost. Which would you prefer?
