I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering ordering from this website. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, especially since I ordered my glasses specifically for a trip. That trip has already come and gone, and I still have no idea where my order is. Frustrating is the word to describe this company - dishonest would be another. They claim 6 days to produce the glasses - has anyone really had them make good on this ? Their customer service bot is worthless and I doubt there is any HUMAN reps. I ordered for a trip thinking no problem it will take a few weeks - that has come and gone and no date in sight. Pretty disappointed that they mislead on how long it actually takes probably shipped from China. This whole mess is why I felt I had to reach out to their 'customer service' to get some real answers.
Customer: My order is weeks late. Your website said 6 days for production, and I needed these for a trip I've already returned from. What is going on? CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear about the delay and the frustration this has caused. I understand you ordered these for an important trip. Could you please provide me with your order number so I can check the status for you? Customer: It's order #987654. "Sorry" doesn't help me. Your advertising is completely misleading. If I had known it would take this long, I would have never ordered. Is there even a real production timeline? CS Rep: Thank you. I see your order has faced an unexpected production delay. I sincerely apologize for the incorrect timeline you were given. I have escalated this to be prioritized and can offer you a 30% refund for the severe inconvenience. Customer: A refund doesn't change the fact that I had no glasses for my vacation. This entire process has been dishonest. I don't trust that "prioritizing" it will do anything. CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration. The 30% refund will be processed immediately. I will personally monitor your order and will email you with a direct update and new tracking number within 24 hours.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
