They have $246.00 of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on February 24th. The tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia, for months. I can't get a response for a refund; all they keep telling me is it is in transit from a BOT. I want my money back! I felt compelled to leave this review and keep engaging with customer service because frankly, whatever happened to customer service? My money is gone, and my glasses never arrived.

Customer: I am absolutely furious. GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. You have $246.00 of my hard-earned money, and the order placed on February 24th never arrived! My order number is #105081183. CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the frustration and delay you've experienced, especially regarding your refund. I see your order #105081183 was placed on February 24th. Let me review the tracking and refund status immediately for you. Customer: The tracking has shown it stuck in Atlanta since forever, and all I've gotten are automated bot messages. It's been months. I just want my money back. This is unacceptable! CS Rep: I completely understand your anger. I see the delivery issue and that the refund process has faced significant delays. I am escalating this to our financial department right now to ensure your $246.00 refund is processed with the highest priority. You should receive a confirmation email within 24 business hours regarding the expedited process. Customer: This shouldn't have required multiple complaints to get this far. Just make sure that refund actually hits my account soon, not in another 7-10 business days like I've been told. CS Rep: I assure you, we are doing everything we can to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. I will personally monitor the escalation.
